That the Receiver of Taxes in the Town of Volney, County of Oswego, State of New York, has received the Tax Roll and Warrant for the year 2026. Bills can be viewed on our website at townofvolney.gov click the departments tab then on Tax Collector Taxes may be paid in any of the following ways: by mail to Volney Tax Collector 1445 Co Rt 6, Fulton, NY 13069, drop box located on the front entry door or in person at Volney Municipal Building during the hours listed below starting January 5th and ending March 31st, 2026 HOURS OF COLLECTION ARE Monday through Thursday 9am-3pm CLOSED ON FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY Collection at the Municipal Center will not occur on holidays or days when the office is closed per the Town Clerk. If weather seems bad please call ahead to confirm we are open at (315)593-8288 A 1% penalty will be added as of February 3rd and every month thereafter until the return of the tax roll to Oswego County Treasures office. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, pursuant to changes to the Proper Tax Law made in 1990, a notice will be sent to each taxpayer whose taxes have not been paid. Such notices will be sent on or before the 13th day of March, prior to the expiration of the Warrant, and will include an additional fee of $2.00 for the secondary notice. If the

first installment of the tax bill has been paid prior to March 13th, a secondary notice may not be sent.
