NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL
(PURSUANT TO SECTION 506 AND 526 OF THE REAL PROPERTY TAX LAW) HEARING OF COMPLAINTS.

Notice is hereby given that as of May 1, 2025 the Assessor of the Town of Volney, County of Oswego, has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year, and that a copy has been filed at the Town Hall at 1445 Co. Rt. 6, Fulton, NY.

The Assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll on the following
days:

Monday May 11, 2026 3:00pm – 7:00pm

Saturday May 16, 2026 9:00am – 1:00pm

Monday May 18, 2026 3:00pm – 7:00pm

Wednesday May 20, 2026 12:00pm – 4:00pm

The Assessor will be taking grievance day appointments on May 20, 2026 between the hours of 12:00 pm and 6:00pm. Contact Debbie O’Hern at 315-598-8983 to schedule an appointment.

The Board of Assessment Review will meet Tuesday May 26, 2026 at 3:00pm – 5:00pm and 6:00pm – 8:00pm at the Volney Town Hall located at 1445 Co. Rt. 6, Fulton, NY to hear and examine all written filed complaints in relation to assessments on the application of any persons believing themselves to be aggrieved.
