Following the great success of last year's Tree Lighting Celebration, the Town of Volney is seeking volunteers to help establish a new Event Committee dedicated to planning and organizing community events and activities for residents of all ages.

Committee members will serve in a volunteer capacity and work together to develop ideas, coordinate activities, and assist with events such as holiday celebrations, family gatherings, and other special community programs.

First Organizational Meeting

Date: Tuesday, June 9, 2026

Time: 6:00 PM

Location: Volney Town Hall 1445 County Route 6 Fulton, NY 13069

This first meeting will focus on forming the committee, discussing goals and brainstorming ideas for future events that will continue to bring our community together.

Residents who enjoy community involvement and would like to volunteer their time and talents are encouraged to attend.
