PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Rowlee Construction Inc of 81 Pierce Dr Fulton, NY 13069 has made an application to the Town of Volney Planning Board for site plan approval and a special use permit to construct a 120x72 foot pole barn for equipment storage with a future shop and office building located on Pierce Dr, Fulton, New York. The Town of Volney Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on October 6, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 1445 County Route 6, Fulton, New York 13069, to receive public comments on the project. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard either in favor of or in opposition to the proposed project.
