Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Volney will hold a Public Hearing on October 30, 2025 at 6:00 pm at Volney Town Hall located at 1445 County Route 6 Fulton, NY 13069 to consider the Preliminary Budget for the fiscal year 2026. A copy of the preliminary budget is available for inspection at the Town Clerk's Office during regular business hours.

Pursuant to Section 108 of Town Law of the State of New York, the proposed annual salaries of the Town Supervisor, each member of the Town Board, Town Clerk, Highway Supervisor and Town Justices are as follows

Town Supervisor $26,000.00

Town Board (4) each $6,676.25

Town Clerk $42,000.00

Highway Supervisor $66,708

Town Justice (2) each $29,360.50
