Please take notice that the Town of Volney Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on November 3, 2026 at 6pm at Volney Town Hall 1445 County Route 6 Fulton, NY 13069 for the application from Ken and Catherine Spaulding for a minor subdivision at 2731 County Route 176. The subdivision will consist of creating one 2 acre residential parcel with the remaining 19 acres to remain separate land. At which time all interested parties either for or against will be heard by the Planning Board
