A friendly reminder that due to the severe lake effect snow we've experienced this season, some buildings may have suffered structural damage and lost their integrity.

If you need to remove debris from a damaged structure, please remember that a demolition permit is required. Obtaining a demolition permit also assists the tax assessor in maintaining an accurate assessment of your property.
