PUBLIC NOTICE                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Volney will hold a public hearing on proposed Local Law No. 4 of 2025, a local law amending Local Law 1 of the year 2021, regulating Zoning in the Town of Volney, at 6:00 p.m. on October 16, 2025, at the Town Hall located at 1445 County Route 6 in the Town of Volney, New York. All interested parties will be heard. A copy of the proposed Local Law can be reviewed at the Town Clerk's Office.
