TOWN OF VOLNEY PUBLIC NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board for the Town of Volney will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible on the 16th day of July, 2026, at the Volney Town Hall located at 1445 County Route 6, Fulton, New York, to consider proposed Local Law No. 1 of 2026, a local law imposing a temporary moratorium on the issuance of land use approvals and building permits for Data Centers in the Town of Volney. A copy of the proposed Local Law may be reviewed at the Town Clerk's Office.
