NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Volney, Oswego County,
New York, at a meeting held March 19, 2026, adopted a resolution authorizing the lease of
a portion of Town-owned property located at 1445 County Route 6, Fulton, NY 13069, to Bell Atlantic
Mobile Systems LLC d/b/a Verizon Wireless for the installation, operation and maintenance of a wireless
telecommunications facility. A copy of said lease is available for public inspection at the Town
Clerk’s Office, 1445 County Route 6, Fulton, NY 13069, during regular business hours, Monday through
Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Said resolution is subject to a permissive referendum and shall
take effect 30 days after adoption unless, within such time, a petition, signed and acknowledged
or proved as required by law, is filed with the Town Clerk requesting that the resolution be submitted
to the qualified electors of the Town for their approval.
