REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
CDBG GRANT ADMINISTRATION SERVICES

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Volney, Oswego County, New York, is requesting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Grant Administration Services for a project funded through the New York State Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. Said services shall be for the County Route 6 / Maple Avenue Water District Project and will include grant administration, environmental review coordination, financial management, reporting, and compliance with all applicable federal and state requirements, including those of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Proposal documents are available at the Town Clerk’s Office, 1445 County Route 6, Fulton, New York 13069, Monday through Thursday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., or by email request at [email protected]. Proposals must be received no later than May 14, 2026 at 4:00pm at the Town Clerk’s Office The Town of Volney reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities.
